Travel fees are billed separately and are due upfront to reserve your date and time. Travel fees may be paid via Paypal, CashApp, or Apple Cash. Notarization fees may be accepted via Cash, Credit, Money Order, or the aforementioned methods.

The fee pertains to the number of notarial actions needed to complete the process. (i.e. - if only one (1) stamp is required, this is only one notarial action. If two (2) stamps are needed, this is two (2) notarial actions, thus being $20.)

This pertains to Title agencies, realtors, and loan officers. Travel fees are not required unless travel exceeds 50 miles one way.
General Durable Power of Attorney

A General Durable Power of Attorney (POA) is an important document and action to ensure that you or your loved ones are taken care of in the event of an emergency. This covers Healthcare, Finances, & Property. The fee of $75 includes the printing of forms, travel (within 25 miles of 33810), time at location, and notarization.
VIN/Odometer Declaration

If you are selling a vehicle, you may need to declare that the VIN and Odometer readings are accurate and true.

Weekdays (Monday-Thursday):
- Location of your choosing (Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Pinellas)
- Ceremony (Christian based only)
- Notarization & Filing of marriage license

Price - $250 (This price includes your $30 notarization fee, plus fee for travel, time for the ceremony, and rehearsal).

- Ceremony (Christian based only)
- Notarization & Filing of marriage license

Price - $300 (This price includes your $30 notarization fee, plus fee for travel, time for the ceremony, and rehearsal).

**50% payment is due at time of reservation and 50% payment is due at the conclusion of the ceremony, when the marriage license is notarized.**

Travel:Within 5 miles = No Fee 6-10 miles = $10 11+ miles = $1.25/mile
Convenience:6 or more hours notice = Fee waived3-6 hours notice given = $5 convenience fee added0-3 hours notice given = $10 convenience fee added
Should the client be late to their own signing, the Notary Public reserves the right to incur an additional tardy fee: $10 after 15 minutes has passed and additional $1/minute past the initial 15 minutes.
